Return Policy

  • Refunds or exchanges are only allowed for products with manufacturer defects.
  • Customers must request a refund within 3 days of receiving their order.
  • Products being returned must be unused, in their original packaging and with all tags attached.
  • Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning products.
  • For exchange requests, the customer will bear the shipping costs for product return.

  • This policy does not cover damages caused by the misuse or improper use of the products.
