Refunds or exchanges are only allowed for products with manufacturer defects.
Customers must request a refund within 15 days of purchase.
Products being returned must be unused, in their original packaging, unopened, and with all tags attached.
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning products.
For exchange requests, the customer will bear the shipping costs for product return.

This policy does not cover damages caused by the misuse or improper use of the products.
